How It Works

1

Heat Capture

Flue gas from the boiler exhausts are funneled through our innovated heat exchanger device condensing the flue gas prior to it being released to the atmosphere.

2

Thermal Transfer

A completely independent air stream harness this wasted flue gas heat in the form of air. Both streams are closely monitored via sensors and controls. All of which can be monitored via our online application.

3

Heat Distribution

On the air discharge side our system can either be directed in to any existing air ducting system in the building. Or alternative air ducting can be installed to any area inside the building.

4

Cost Saving

Due to the "air to air" heat transfer now taking place inside the building, in addition to the traditional wet radiator system. Our proprietary technology has now created a hybrid system which results in less load being utilised by the boiler, this intern saves our customers money on utilising less gas and intern reduces the buildings carbon emissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our system captures waste heat from your existing heating system's flue gases before they exit the building. This recovered thermal energy is then distributed throughout your building using existing ductwork, working alongside your current heating system to reduce gas consumption by up to 20%.
Our system is ideal for any building with gas-fired heating, including hotels, schools, hospitals, shopping centres, office blocks, leisure facilities, restaurants, and churches. Any facility with significant heating requirements can benefit from waste heat recovery.
Typical installation takes approximately 2 days. Our system is designed as a plug-and-play solution that integrates with your existing heating infrastructure without requiring major modifications to your building.
Most installations achieve full return on investment within 18-24 months. With typical gas savings of 15-20%, the ongoing annual savings can range from £5,000 to £15,000 depending on your facility size and energy consumption.
The system requires minimal maintenance. We recommend an annual inspection to ensure optimal performance. All our installations come with a 3-year warranty, and our team provides ongoing support and monitoring.
Our system is CE Accredited and meets all relevant UK safety and performance standards. We work with certified installation partners to ensure every installation meets the highest quality standards.
Yes, our system is specifically designed for retrofit installation. It works with your existing boiler and HVAC infrastructure, requiring no major structural modifications. This makes it ideal for both older and newer buildings.
We provide detailed monitoring and reporting through our smart monitoring system. This tracks energy recovered, gas savings achieved, and carbon emissions reduced in real-time, giving you clear visibility of your environmental impact.
